Begginers
(Ages 3–6) — Season
This program is designed to support the overall physical development of children and introduce them to the basics of rhythmic gymnastics in a playful and age-appropriate way. The main goals are to improve flexibility, coordination, posture, and sense of rhythm, while also building strength and confidence. Children are introduced to basic gymnastics and acrobatics skills, as well as beginner-level ballet to develop posture, musicality, and body awareness.
Classes are held in small groups, allowing the coach to give individual attention to each child.
Program Includes:
- 
Stretching and flexibility exercises (bridges, supported splits, bends)

Basic acrobatics (rolls, cartwheels, shoulder stands)
 - 
Simple apparatus work (rope, ball)
 - 
Balance and coordination exercises
 - 
Jumps, dance movements, and musical games
 - 
Introduction to classical ballet (basic positions, simple barre and center work)
 - 
Strength and posture development through playful exercises
 
Outcomes by the End of the Season:

$900 once a week and $1500 twice a week
